Massage Therapist jobs in Juneau, AK

Coordinate with the Office Manager/Doctor to ensure that all data entry tasks are completed in a timely manner to allow for efficient billing procedures. Establish and maintain a professional relationship with all patients. Assist in the overall daily operation of the front office as conditions and needs require. File records/documents and perform courier activities as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the Clinic on a daily basis. Maintain cleanliness of office.

Qualifications
- Medical administrative support experience
- Patient service skills
- Office experience, particularly at the front desk
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
- Understanding of medical terminology (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
