We are currently looking to fill the position of Associate Master Data Analyst with a starting range of $18.27 - $26.44/hour, dependent upon experience, education, and skills. This position may give the opportunity for occasional work from home.

The Associate Master Data Analyst is accountable for complete, consistent, and accurate master data in the ERP system. The position is responsible for entering/updating various master data elements. Master data includes, but is not limited to, customer masters, vendor masters, material masters, bills of material, and product hierarchies.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain master data in the ERP system with high degree of accuracy.

• Follow data quality standards based on ERP system requirements and business requirements.

• Follow master data collection and cleansing process that ensures all stakeholders contribute required information in a complete and accurate manner, consistent with established standards, with reviews/approvals where appropriate.

• Assist in the research, analysis and remediation of master data issues that impact downstream reporting and analysis.

• Ensure compliance with federal and state deliverable reporting requirements by performing data quality audits and analysis.

• Other duties as assigned.

Travel

Less than 5% of overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Four-year Degree (B.S/B.A.) preferred or equivalent from four-year college or technical school.

• 2 years’ experience with master data management.

• Ability to follow, with minimal supervision, the development and establishment of technical business processes in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

• Understands the impact of master data elements on different areas of the business and how to mitigate risk through effective processes and controls.

• Ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, to make clear, convincing presentations, explain and justify recommendations.

• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Applications including Excel; ability to use Excel and other queries to collect, modify and report findings.

• SAP ERP experience strongly preferred.
