The Master Data Analyst oversees all pricing and sales contract data administration. The ideal candidate is a quick learner and self-starter with excellent attention to detail and data entry skills and can communicate well. The position requires someone who can take ownership of his/her work and stay organized; can follow directions with an ability to problem solve and troubleshoot independently; can demonstrate proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Sales contract Updates in NAV and eCW
• Ship- To setups
• Customer funding sources - creating new and maintaining
• Profile maintenance for All Bill and eCW client - including HCPS, pricing, Charge code
• Purchase contracts in NAV - creating new and maintaining
• New Item Setup Review for RM, SUP, FG, including naming conventions
• Costing refresh monthly for inventoried items
• Vendor set ups- mechanics and review
• New customer set ups and maintenance
• Updating biller assignments and salesperson assignments in customer cards
• Chart of accounts- creating new
• Contract pricing upcoming projected calendar with deadlines
• Updating commission rates on Military item skews
• Other assignments as assigned by management

Required Skills/Abilities/Certifications:

• Data entry, proficient.
• Microsoft Excel, proficient.
• Attention to detail, proficient.
• Self-starter with an ability to problem solve.
• Willingness to learn quickly.

• Well planned, organized with keen attention to detail.
• Advanced level of Excel, pivot tables, and data entry into software.
• Ability and willingness to work in a dynamic team environment.
• Process-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• Strong mathematical, accounting, and analytical skills, with demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Education and Experience:

• High school required; 1-4 years of college preferred.
• Experience with a modern operating system such as Microsoft NAV.

• Previous experience managing a charge master or controlled master data set.
• Experience with customer contracts.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is largely a desk-bound role with typical office noise; however, frequent movement throughout the office is required. Frequent sitting, standing, and walking are daily activities. Some bending and filing may be required (<10% of time). This would require the ability to lift files (<10 lbs.), open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Over 2/3 of Time: See; Sit; Use hands to finger/handle/feel; Talk or Hear.

Position Type:

This is a full-time, non-exempt-level position based at Corporate headquarters.
