How you will contribute to LifeNet Health’s success:
The Master Data Analyst is responsible for leading and/or providing technical support for development of production changes and material master data in the SAP system. Responsible for leading and/or providing technical support for development and changes to label templates.
What you’ll do:
- Master Data: Leads creation of new material master data as well as revisions to current material master data to meet business needs.
- Collaboration: Works with stakeholders to define business systems impacts for new products, line extensions, and process changes, while ensuring quality of master data.
- Analysis: Performs Impact Analysis on all Change Control Orders that may have a business system impact with leadership support as needed.
- Innovation: Creates and revises Label Templates for all LNH Products and helps troubleshoot labeling issues as needed. Develops and executes test plans for data verification and processes.
- Training: Provides technical training/mentoring of peers and training for end users as needed
- Administrative: Creates and revises applicable SOPs/Work Instructions with stakeholder approval.
- Continuous Improvement: Participates in other operational continuous improvements and process engineering efforts as needed.
What you’ll bring (Minimum Requirements):
- Associate’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Three (3) years of experience in a related field.
Preferred Experience/Skills/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Database knowledge: SharePoint SAP and Master Data.
- Proficiency in relational databases pertaining to database structure/ architecture.

- Analytical Skills: Strong Analytical skills with ability to make decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Suite.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to perform tasks thoroughly, and with care; checks work to ensure high degree of accuracy/completeness and early/on-time delivery.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate and build relationships with all professionals at different levels within the organization.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize multiple, competing priorities and manage time/workload. Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and juggle multiple time sensitive projects, multi-task, identify project interdependencies and potential risks/pitfalls.
