Summary
The employee will be responsible for material responsibilities at M2
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Unload truck using fork trucks/cranes.
• Verify material using various forms of gaging.
• Document all findings onto packing slips.
• Receive raw material into ERP System.
• Forward paperwork to documentation and request routers from customer service.
• Filling in job floor notes with appropriate information.
• Verifying alloy composition with Niton gun.
• Performing one of the three standard configurations; RAB, Rollin, Saw into billets.
• Perform hardness/conductivity checks when required.
• Complete required paperwork.
• Provide accurate counts and stage/locate material.
• Receive in and process all incoming pre-cut billets.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Key Roles
• Ability to locate information/interpret work instructions and validate product conformance.
• Effectively uses process, equipment, tooling and follows sequence of operations.
• Cares for parts in accordance with procedures (Corrosion protection/handling/FOD).
• Work to standard and contributes to continuous improvement; communicates issues to Team Leader in a timely manner.

Education & Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED and One to three years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
The employee must possess the ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external customers in both written and oral form.
Must possess basic computer skills, office equipment and ERP software.
Supervisory Responsibilities
No supervisory responsibilities. Training and coordinating activities of others may be required.
