Material Coordinator jobs in Montana

Schlauch Bottcher Construction, a general contracting company specializing in custom residential construction projects, is seeking a dedicated team member for the position of Finish Material Selection Coordinator.

The responsibilities and duties of this position will primarily involve working with SBC field and office staff, architects, interior designers, and clients to price and procure finish materials. This position will track changes to finish material selections, as well as place and track orders from venders and/or subcontractors to ensure the materials arrive within the timeline for the construction schedule.

No experience is necessary, but general knowledge of construction processes is helpful. Strong communication (written and verbal), computer and organizational skills are required.
