TradeWinds Island Resort is currently seeking a Materials Handler to provide product and support to the several F&B Outlets at our resort. The position requires the incumbent to enter data into the ADACO software program, accurately fill these requisitions, and distribute product throughout our property.

• Verifying the accuracy of quantity and quality of incoming deliveries.
• Labeling every product and placing them accordingly.
• Identifying and locating the right products during the delivery process.
• Keeping a well-maintained and updated account of stock and inventory.
• Keeping all material handling equipment in the best condition by conducting regular maintenance.
• Conveying purchasing requirements and keeping data on the availability of products in short supply.
• Collaborating with internal departments to locate missing packages, fix incorrect deliveries and replace damaged products.

• Experience entering data, as well as a demonstrated aptitude to learn new software applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., as the incumbent will be responsible for receiving F&B supplies from delivery trucks, storing goods neatly in the appropriate locations, pulling orders for outlets and delivering goods throughout the property.
• Possession of a valid driver's license is required.
• Demonstrated ability to be outgoing, approachable and "guest service" oriented.
• Detail oriented, high integrity individual.
• Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as they are our busiest times.
• Experience with ADACO a plus, but not required.
