Toyota Material Handling Pennwest, Inc is a premier provider of material handling & construction equipment & services in western Pennsylvania & Northern West Virginia. We are rapidly growing and have an immediate need for a full-time Service Writer-Dispatch to service a client in Erie, Pa.
Job Responsibilities:
Dispatch
. Communicates the daily service call details to the techs throughout the day and at the end of the day regarding the next day's work
. Coordinates with our Branch Manager for the completion of planned maintenance in a timely manner.
. Organize and prioritize customer service calls to be answered in the most efficient manner.
. Coordinate daily delivery truck runs to our customers and other locations
. Review Service quote estimates and work closely with the Branch Manager, Parts department to ensure service jobs are completed in a timely manner.
. Keeps an open line of communication with our customers and our CSS and Sales Representatives to better service our customer needs.
Service Writing
. Determine and clarify problems with coordination of technicians, customers and Sales individuals
. Work with parts department to obtain cost of parts
. Develop estimates by quoting materials, supplies, & labor, ensuring profitability
. Work with warranty administrator to review warranty eligibility
. Works with CSSR and Billing Specialist regarding quotes/estimates, answering questions or concerns

Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to travel.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment under significant stress and meet high performance demands.
Ability to stand and walk for 2 hours.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Possess a valid driver's license with the ability to drive 4 hours.
Some overnight travel may be required.
