Uses material requirement plans to ensure the required flow of materials is maintained. Being a Materials Control Manager coordinates procurement, warehouse, and distribution operations to improve operational efficiencies and workflows crucial to the flow of materials. Monitors operations and troubleshoots and resolves operational roadblocks. Additionally, Materials Control Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Materials Control Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. -MUST HAVE PEST CONTROL APPLICATOR OR FIELD REP LICENSE
-Must have the ability to schedule a route
- Perform pest control services in residential and commercial settings
- Inspect properties to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment methods
- Apply pesticides and other pest control products to eliminate pests
- Set traps, bait stations, and other pest control devices
- Provide recommendations to customers on how to prevent future pest problems
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and communicate with customers about treatment plans
-Maintains good communication with office personnel

-Can manage with early morning appointments
- Sales skills to promote additional services or products
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong understanding of pest control methods and techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers
-Bilingual is preferred, but required
