Materials Control Manager manages daily operations and planning to optimize the flow of raw materials, supplies, and equipment from initial procurement to the final disposition and fulfill material requirements for volume, cost, and scheduling business operations. Uses material requirement plans to ensure the required flow of materials is maintained. Being a Materials Control Manager coordinates procurement, warehouse, and distribution operations to improve operational efficiencies and workflows crucial to the flow of materials. Monitors operations and troubleshoots and resolves operational roadblocks. Additionally, Materials Control Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Materials Control Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Materials Control Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     The Position

    We're seeking a qualified Full-Time Pest Service Manager to supervise, train, and evaluate technicians while also planning, coordinating, and initiating company operations, policies, and procedures while upholding Fox Pest Control's core values in all duties performed.

    A Day in the Life of a Pest Service Manager

    • Learn and participate in all aspects of the Pest Control Industry including technical, route, sales, administrative, and operational management
    • Work closely with branch owners ( suggest Replace w Branch Manager) and office personnel
    • Supervise, train and evaluate technicians
    • Plan, coordinate, and initiate company policy and procedures
    • Manage a multi-level staff, including recruiting, hiring, coaching, and counseling at least 10 individuals
    • Effectively delegate responsibility and authority to others
    • Effectively incorporate Fox Pest Control's core values within the Branch( move to first )
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    What is Required

    • Minimum of 2 experience in leadership
    • Pest Control or Lawn Care industry experience strongly preferred
    • Understanding of industry standards and state and federal regulations
    • Previous sales management experience preferred
    • Exceptional customer service and retention skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time management skills including route
    • management
    • Need to be able to multi-task and perform a wide variety of duties
    • This position is subject to a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check
    • Required to obtain a commercial pesticide license

    • Base pay $50,000 - $70,000 - DOE
