POSITION SUMMARY
The Materials Billing Specialist within the Shared Services team is responsible for material ticket processing, handling incoming customer phone calls, entering equipment vendor invoices. This position requires someone who is customer-service focused, able to identify potential issues, and take initiative to prevent future discrepancies. The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented, comfortable with billing processes, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software programs, spreadsheets, and basic accounting.
