Sedona Staffing Moline is currently seeking a Material Coordinator II at John Deere Davenport Works.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates for multiple departments the procuring, expediting, producing and delivering material on time.
- Includes managing the movement of rejected material to source.
- Recommends procedures for specific situations that will maintain inventory accuracy and management.
- Finds and corrects root cause of material shortages.
- May provide recommendations for solutions.
- Utilizes Master Schedule to create and distribute daily production schedules.
- May include the processing of transactions for inbound/outbound materials.
- Audits material replenishment cycles and accuracy and may create material replenishment plans with assistance.
- Resolves inventory errors and expedites parts to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Works critical shortage reports to ensure part availability.
- Candidate will be working within the Operations and Supply Management teams as a functional team member and service provide
- They will oversee production material availability, ensuring that direct material is scheduled and available on time to the work center.
- Candidate will work primarily in SAP MRP system and will be responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and controlling inventory.
- Previous or Current Military Experience preferred
- Microsoft Office
- SAP or equivalent MRP systems is a plus.
- Candidate that isn't afraid to respectfully engage.

- Can-Do Attitude
- Ability to analyze data and push for improvement.
- Critical Thinking and a self-starter
- Metatarsal boots required all other PPE provided
- Expected work will often be 50 hours (8-10 hours typical)
- 1st shift Position but requires flexibility to changing demands of the business for possible overtime, and weekend work.
- Seeking candidates that have a good understanding of manufacturing demands, supply and logistics flow with a customer service mindset
