Responsibilities
- Follow all Company policies.
- Adhere to Attendance guidelines.
- Must be able to work overtime when required.
- Responsible for operating the forklift in a safe manner at all times.
- Performs Lift Truck Inspection check before using forklift each shift.
- Follow all safety guidelines/policies, proper use of equipment, etc.
- Pick orders – (pulling finished product from warehouse to fill orders).
- Stage orders to be loaded.
- Loading completed orders.
- Understanding of shipping/loading requirements, weight requirements, customers’ special instructions.
- Warehousing (moving product to maximize usage of warehouse space)
- Perform cycle counts – to verify item quantities on hand.
- Moving finished goods from production holding area to the warehouse.
- Repackaging damaged materials as needed.
- Efficient use of time to maximize lbs/man-hour.
- Learn how to use the many functions of dc-LINK Data Collection .
- Maintains proper housekeeping while performing duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Fork truck certification.
- Able to lift 60 lb. on a continual basis.
- Able to follow instructions and work without supervision.

Monroe (historically French: Poste-du-Ouachita) is the eighth-largest city in the U.S. state of Louisiana. It is the parish seat of Ouachita Parish. In the official 2010 census, Monroe had a population of 48,815. The municipal population declined by 8.1 percent over the past decade; it was 53,107 in the 2000 census.
