    We serve the Seattle area, Greater Puget Sound, all of western Washington, and Greater Vancouver, BC. We provide solutions to sinking foundations, adjoining cracked or settling concrete slabs and footings, leaning walls, leaning chimneys, pre-construction piering as well as waterproofing and drainage. When it comes to resolving your home or commercial building’s structural concerns, you want a service provider with integrity that you can trust – values our team proudly stands by.

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to maintain positive relationships with customers, crews and coworkers, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    Specific Responsibilities:

    • Communicate with clients, engineering firms, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project schedules are met
    • Thoroughly review project to effectively coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
    • Obtain permits through a variety of jurisdictions
    • Monitoring project progress, identify any issues or risks, hours worked and deadlines to maintain fidelity of project scope as well as costs
    • Documenting and following up on actions and decisions as project progresses in CRM
    • Assist in resolving project-related problems in a timely and effective manner
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
    • Provide administrative support and perform other duties as assigned

    A well-qualified applicant would have the following experience:

    • 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role in the construction industry, using Customer Relationship Management software (CRM)
    • Experience using Buildertrend
    • Experience in the permitting process
    • Knowledge of Western Washington geography and/or mapping ability.
    • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Knowledge of construction processes and techniques is a plus.
    • Education in construction management, engineering, or a related field is plus

    ***This position would start at 30 hours during the training process and then transition to a 40 hour position.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
