VPI seeks a talented and dedicated Receptionist/Accounting Clerk to work full-time in its Draper, Utah office. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, energetic, and have excellent communication skills.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience- GED/High School Diploma
- Must be a US Citizen eligible for US Security Clearance
- Receptionist experience preferred
- Accounting experience preferred
Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities- Friendly, upbeat, personable, and professional personality
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Data Entry Skills
- Great attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal/communication skills
- Experience working in a team-oriented atmosphere
- High degree of professionalism and maturity with ability to work independently, problem solve, and make decisions with limited supervision
- Ability to adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected events
- Exercise good judgment, keeping in mind company policies and procedures
JOB Responsibilities - Receptionist duties – answering phones and greeting customers and vendors
- Organize, clean and stock breakroom
- Manage and order office supplies
- Manage multiple event calendars
- Support company activities and meetings
- Make catering arrangements
- Run company errands
- Manage incoming mail
- Filing
- Various accounting tasks
- Pulling and matching vendor invoices to packing slips
- Entering invoices and receipts
- Accounts payable entry
- Preparing vendor checks for mailing
- Month-end tasks
- Assist management team where necessary
- Provide clerical and administrative support as needed
