Full Job Description

Prime Stone Design is a natural stone and quartz fabrication and installation company.

We are looking to add experienced countertop template technician to our team.

Job Description:

• Arriving at scheduled appointments at customer locations within agreed-upon and scheduled window of time.
• Measure using laser equipment and assemble templates that would serve as exact dimensions for the stone/granite/marble applications.
• Visit and measure 3-5 jobs daily
• Complete work orders for all required measurements, polished edges, cutouts and any other necessary specification desired by the customer for the job.
• Confirm any missing information (such as faucets specs, cooktop specs, etc.) regarding the job.
• Provide critical information to the customer concerning the templating and installation process.
• Communicate any relevant information about the job to the salesperson, operations staff or production staff on a timely basis.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and photos to hand-off to office staff within 24 hours from the time of templating

Other duties as assigned.

Typical start time: 8AM

Typical end time: 5PM

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Other duties as needed Qualifications:

• Previous countertop templating experience preferred (Minimum 2 years using LT2d3d or Prodim Proliner)
• General knowledge of kitchen design, countertop layouts, cabinet installation, window applications and ability to read blueprints.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to details
• Understanding of written English and fractions and measurements
• Trouble shooting and use of good judgement
• Knowledge of construction is preferable
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Dependable
• Fast learner and fast paced worker

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour
