The Field Supervisor position provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures. The position accomplishes this through a hands-on, respectful, constructive, and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company. Responsibilities Include:

• Arrange and supervise the movement of tools, equipment, and crews
• Support construction activities as a working Field Supervisor in the construction of Plumbing construction projects.
• Develops, recommends material and equipment needs for construction activities.
• Plans, schedules, necessary equipment and related supplies for construction activities.
• Receives, investigates, and responds to questions and complaints.
• Inspects completed work to ensure proper installation and construction standards.
• Maintain work records of assignments and prepare progress reports.
• Planned construction activities from blueprints and sketches.
• Communicate plans and work activities, with customers and contractors regarding planned and on-going projects.
• Perform and support work activities as a working Field Supervisor, in training and support of construction crews.
• Assist with the hiring and training of employees.
• Other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager(s).
