Prepare Mechanical Schematics, and Conceptual Models, Experience with Building Systems (HVAC, Plumbing, and Pneumatics) Prepare Mechanical Programming packages, Prepare Mechanical Schematic Design packages, Prepare Figures for reports/specifications, Coordinate Building Point Clouds, Coordinate with multiple engineering disciplines, Authority Having Jurisdiction, system engineers, facility managers, project managers, and project engineers. Build teaming relationship with technical and other company organizations. Develop technical requirements for infrastructure programs/projects. Ensure design deliverables comply with laws, codes, orders, and MSTS policies and procedures.
