Duties and Responsibilities
· Utilize Computer Aided Design and various software to prepare drawings and detailed plans for mechanical and plumbing systems
· Assist the CAD/BIM Department with CAD support, 3D solid modeling, project set-up, department standards, drawing templates, and fabrication specific processes
· Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines in a virtual construction model
· Support workflow throughout the project lifecycle
· Assist the CAD/BIM Department with general CAD support, 3D modeling, Installation and Fabrication Drawings.
· Collaborate and Coordinate with other disciplines in a virtual construction model.
· Support workflow throughout the BIM lifecycle.
Skills and Qualifications
· Knowledge of mechanical, piping systems, HVAC, electrical, and equipment in large industrial and government process facilities.
· Proficient in Revit, Fabrication MEP, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and Navisworks
Education and Experience
· CAD Training, schooling, or at least two plus years of experience in the AutoCAD and drafting industry required.
· Knowledge of mechanical, piping systems, HVAC, electrical, and equipment in large industrial and government process facilities.
