Ideal Candidate: An experienced social media marketing and advertising professional, familiar with and proficient in use of the major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, YouTube, TikTok) to deliver both organic and paid messages that raise brand awareness, drive brand engagement, and increase conversions into commitments to products and services.
Social Media Strategy, Posting and Interactivity: Establishing clear and measurable corporate social media goals and a social media calendar to grow corporate social media account followers and to engage them and surrounding communities. Deploying posting and other proven engagement methods and frequencies that raise brand awareness, drive brand engagement, and increase conversions into commitments to products and services. Initially focusing primarily on use of LinkedIn, followed by use of X and Facebook, while also thoroughly evaluating how to prioritize use of the right platforms to achieve desired business results. Over time potentially expanding responsibilities and influence in this area beyond just EnsembleIQ corporate accounts, to EnsembleIQ-owned business units and individual EnsembleIQ brands.
Social Media Account Management: Establishing and activating new procedures to assure that new EnsembleIQ employees receive appropriate social media access, that access is removed from exiting employees in coordination with the Technology team as part of the offboarding process, and that these activities don't disrupt access to accounts or their management via Hootsuite. A one-time review and scrub--removing access from former employees, removing access from current employees who no longer require it, cleaning up account hierarchies however necessary, changing credentials wherever necessary for security, and working with the Technology team to store all account credentials in 1Password. A one-time project to research situations in which old accounts were created under legacy protocols on social media platforms (e.g. situations when generic individual accounts were established to administer Facebook or LinkedIn brand pages, a practice no longer supported by those platforms), and defining and executing a plan to resolve those situations (if necessary and possible). And managing Hootsuite access and Hootsuite connections to social media accounts (also coordinating offboarding removals with the Technology team).
