Media Coordinator jobs in Fargo, ND

The Media Coordinator serves as liaison and support between the finance and media teams as a centralized billing contact for all assigned media billing accounts. Primary responsibilities include reconciling and inputting media invoices into the company’s media buying software system. The Media Coordinator will also be responsible for servicing media clients in a responsive, efficient, effective and accurate manner and provide other administrative duties.

What you’ll do

• Manage media invoices by gathering, reviewing, and accurately inputting all media invoices into our software systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to perform reconciliations and billing adjustments as necessary.
• Monitor and address any integration errors between our media buying software and other relevant systems.
• Review and enter insertion orders into the billing system and coordinate invoicing with the accounting team, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and organize media team resources such as insertion orders, broadcast buys, traffic instructions, media kits and the media library.
• Answers all calls/emails from media representatives, gathering any information required, and referring them to the Media Director or buyers only if necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients throughout the billing process.

• Familiarity with media buying software and accounting systems preferred.

Where you’ve been

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications or related field.
• 1-2 years of work experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Knowledge of buying systems, such as Media Ocean, is a plus.
• Prior experience in media billing, finance, or a related field is advantageous.
