If you've been wanting to work with a fun, creative team, then this job is for you! ROK is looking to add a ROK Star Social Media Coordinator to our Marketing Team to help support the day-to-day management and growth of ROK’s social media presence across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule monthly content across multiple channels/accounts
• Increase organic followers on all social channels
• Engage with existing and new customers on all social platforms
• Help establish ROK Financial as a thought leader
• Collaborate with the marketing team on social media strategy
• Assist in the creation and sharing of relevant content
• Research and analyze trending topics
• Assist in graphic design and resizing of images for perspective channels
• Snap photos of events and fun things happening in the office to use for posts
• Manage and external team and projects to increase engagement efforts
• Responsible for filming and editing short form content

Experience we are looking for:

• Equivalent work experience
• Interest in social media platforms with an understanding of the latest social media trends
• Ability to work independently, taking ownership and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Skilled communicator who can build and manage relationships
• Highly organized with attention to detail
•  Learning mindset and positive attitude
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (HootSuite, Sprout, Sendible)
