The Media Coordinator is responsible for the execution of digital media campaigns across all clients and the media billing functions. This individual works within our platforms to build traffic and report on digital media campaigns across various digital media channels. The Media Coordinator works with various agency teams to ensure that appropriate tracking and measurements are in place for all clients before launching campaigns.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Traffics creative through ad serving platforms and directly to vendors or platforms
- Tracks, reviews, and enters all digital media campaign budgets and pacing
- Builds search, social, display, pre-roll, and other campaigns on various platforms
- Provides reporting for clients as directed by senior media staff
- Works with agency teams to set up conversion tracking in marketing platforms and analytics
- Builds and participates in internal documentation of tracking and execution information as provided by the media strategist
- Collaborates with billing and finance to reconcile invoices and media spends
- Enters media insertion orders into financial software per media plans
- Media invoice collection and entry into financial software
- Assists the accounting department with client billing and reconciliations
- Monitors billings for accuracy and communicates with personnel to resolve discrepancies or verify unusual items
- Generates and reviews accounts payable/receivable reports for accuracy as needed
- Maintains process for trafficking, campaign launches, and optimization
- Organizes team training and vendor events

Requirements
- Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills required
- 1-2 years of media experience strongly preferred
- Experience with the following channels and platforms preferred: Paid search, Programmatic, Online Video, Paid Social, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Ad Serving platforms, Demand-Side Platforms
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Knowledge of media concepts and tools
- Dedicated, energetic, and adaptable; capable of managing multiple priorities, navigating changes in priority, and responding to last-minute requests.
