Responsible for carrying out tactics to achieve defined marketing strategies for CAMC and Vandalia Health, its service lines and supporting entities. Responsible for supporting Media Buyer, Public Relations lead and as needed Account Representatives & Chief Marketing Officer, with account support.
Responsibilities
Provide support to the Media Buyer in budgeting, scheduling and trafficking all media and creative for the CAMC Health System and Vandalia Health • Assist with both media budget and invoice management. • Provide support to the social media team with content generation, customer feedback and social monitoring when necessary. • Support public relations and internal communications activities • Effectively work with project contacts and other team members to accomplish established goals within committed time frames and budget. • Demonstrate commitment to quality and accuracy of all work produced, both personal and contracted, with strict attention to CAMC's graphic standards. • Receive approval of the Account Representatives and Chief Marketing Officer on all project production prior to incurring expenses. • Organize work load of multiple projects, coordinating time frames and deadlines, to achieve maximum productivity. • Maintain complete and accurate files of projects to include dollars spent, details of project components, results from pre-established tracking mechanisms, and other pertinent information.

Education
Bachelor Degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
Experience: 1 year experience in related field and Demonstrated skills in copywriting, the development of marketing materials, and familiarity with social media.
Ability to manage deadlines within defined project parameters and budget.
