We are seeking for charismatic and ambitious people for the sales and customer service representative position, who are responsible for selling the company's products by identifying leads, educating prospects on products/services through calls & presentations.

The representative will be responsible also for answering all the inquires to existing customers with exceptional support and building an excellent relationship between the customer and the brand.

INBOUND CALLS ONLY - REMOTE POSITION - RATE PER HOUR COMMISSION

Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities:

• The representative must capable to understand client needs in order to present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Effective and efficient management of the GHL CRM (Customer Relationship Software)
• Reach out to customer leads through calling and the CRM tools
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales and customer loyalty..
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Collaborate with marketing and the sales team to identify competitors and bring awareness regarding the strengths and weaknesses of all products
• Achieve or exceed sales goals through the effective selling techniques and marketing advantages
• Provide updates and information on lead status and closure of prospects
• Supports sales implementation as needed to provide world class customer service
• Understand clients business needs and opportunities to help client plan ways to increase business flow, streamline processes, problem solve, and reduce any inefficiencies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Familiar with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
