Nature of Work: The work of this classification involves the creation and implementation of social media strategy. This position assists with content creation across multiple platforms. An incumbent in this position exercises considerable independence in the performance of duties and responsibilities and receives general guidance from a superior.
Education and Experience: The knowledge, skills, and abilities may be acquired through, but are not limited to, the following combination of education and/or experience. Bachelors degree in public relations, communications, journalism or a related field. Three (3) years of related professional experience in mass communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field. OR An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Qualifications: Must possess a valid motor vehicle operators license from the time of appointment. Must be available to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
Pay Range: $50,856.00 with step increases to $71,635.20 Annually

The form must be completed and returned to the Human Resources Department by April 16, 2024 (passing score 60%). Final eligibility list will be the training and experience form weighted 100%.

(You must have completed more than 180 consecutive days of active duty.)
