Media Director is responsible for leading a team of Media Planners and Buyers. Oversees research, development, and implementation of media plan. Being a Media Director negotiates client projects and develops client relationships. Ensures client budget and target audience is met. Additionally, Media Director may require a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.     • Misc. Office Duties that Management will assign.
    Requirements for this position include the following:
    • Possess a professional and welcoming personality.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G Suite programs.
    • Knowledge of Marketron.
    • Accurate data entry skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet strict deadlines.
    • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.
    • Ability to interact with management and staff at all levels.
    • Ability to interact with Advertisers and the General Public
    • Ability to operate a multi-line telephone system.
    • Able to work with clients, management, and staff at all levels
    • Possess excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
    • Must be a self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    Preference may be given to candidates who have the above experience plus the following:
    • Previous experience in broadcast media.
    • Previous experience in Marketron.
    • Experience Microsoft and G-Suite platforms.
