Your Role:
As the Director of Marketplace Advertising you will be responsible for leading Blue Wheel’s Marketplace, Amazon PPC team. You will work to manage, measure and ensure that BW’s team of Marketplace Specialists drive account excellence through process, communication, and client experience. Additionally, you will lead a team of managers and collaborate with external partners to achieve goals and objectives. We are looking for someone who is results driven, a proven track record of success managing large budgets and understands Marketplace, specifically Amazon.

● Lead, manage and mentor a team of specialists and managers
● Manage relationships with external agency partners

Desired Skills & Experience
● 4 years experience successfully leading a team, preferably in a high-growth or agency environment
● 5 years hands-on experience in Full Service Amazon, Amazon Advertising and Marketplace advertising
● Strong presentation skills
● Great problem solving skills
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
