Your Role:

As the Director of Marketplace Advertising you will be responsible for leading Blue Wheel’s Marketplace, Amazon PPC team. You will work to manage, measure and ensure that BW’s team of Marketplace Specialists drive account excellence through process, communication, and client experience. Additionally, you will lead a team of managers and collaborate with external partners to achieve goals and objectives. We are looking for someone who is results driven, a proven track record of success managing large budgets and understands Marketplace, specifically Amazon.

In the 1st month, you will…

●      Immerse yourself in BW’s culture, team and product

●      Connect with each team member and begin building relationships

●      Learn about our services, ethos, our technology, and our clients.

●      Understand all Client Services systems and processes.

Sharpen your skills in Month 2 by…

●      Relying on your experience, improve existing processes and documentation as needed for growth and efficiency

●      Develop and implement media strategies to drive client sales through Amazon PPC

●      Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies and best practices

●      Collaborate with cross functional teams to align on business objectives and goals

Execute in Month 3 by...

●      Lead, manage and mentor a team of specialists and managers

●      Manage relationships with external agency partners

●      Reporting into executive management on success metrics and key initiative progress

Desired Skills & Experience

●      4 years experience successfully leading a team, preferably in a high-growth or agency environment

●      5 years hands-on experience in Full Service Amazon, Amazon Advertising and Marketplace advertising

●      Strong presentation skills

●      Great problem solving skills

●      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

●      Must be able to understand complex environments and projects, pay attention to details and maintain an organized workflow

●      Excellent planning, project and time management, and decision-making skills with the ability to self-manage numerous projects simultaneously

●      Demonstrated project management skills and proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment

●      Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to foster/maintain relationships across multiple businesses and organizations
