Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Job Summary: As the Director of Digital Media and Creative Services, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a creative mindset, capable of leading a team to deliver compelling digital campaigns and visually appealing content. Principal Responsibilities: Manages the planning, development and execution of digital marketing strategy for the Americas region, aligning with overall goals from the business and strategic partners. Identifies and implements innovative digital marketing tactics to enhance the online performance of marketing initiatives. Provides guidance to businesses in developing and executing communications programs including product advertising. Designs and executes a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's brand voice, target audience, and business objectives. Collaborates with internal teams and external agencies in the creation of engaging and high-quality digital content, including but not limited to website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and multimedia materials, marketing collateral and other communications materials. SEO and SEM Management: Leads the optimization of the company's digital tactics for search engines to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic. Manages and optimizes paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives. Utilizes analytics tools to track, measure and provide regular reports and insights of the performance of digital marketing campaigns to the executive team Leads the development of a social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster a community around the brand. Includes overseeing the creation and scheduling of social media content. Provides guidance and direction to the creative team in developing creative assets that align with the overall brand identity and resonate with the target audience, including graphics, images, and multimedia content. Drives the creation of engaging and persuasive written content with consistent messaging and tone of voice for landing pages, marketing campaigns, and company collateral. Other duties as assigned. Accountable for the performance and results of a major function that has cross-organizational impact and is comprised of multiple departments and/or teams. Establishes policies appropriate for the function. Interprets and recommends modifications to enterprise-wide policies and practices. Adapts and executes functional business plans and contributes to the development of functional strategies. Responsible for efficient utilization of significant resources within the function. Objectives are defined in collaboration with senior management and results assessed with a long-term perspective. Decisions are guided by functional strategy and priorities. Collaborates with senior management and others concerning matters of significance to the company. Routinely conducts briefings for senior management and/or key external contacts. Influences senior management or customers/clients. Decisions likely have serious impact on the overall success or failure of a function. Erroneous decisions or recommendations result in critical delays or modifications to company objectives and cause long-term harm to business operations. Work Experience: Typically 10 years including 5 years of management experience Education and Certification(s): Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained. Distinguishing Characteristics: Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in using analytics tools and data-driven decision-making. Experience working with full service advertising agencies in the development and execution of marketing tactics.
