We are looking for a Community Manager/Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Requirements and Experience:

• Education or knowledge focused on Marketing, Advertising, Languages, or Communication with a focus on Social Media, Digital Marketing, or with courses and/or specialization in Content/Community Management.
• Proven experience in developing and executing social media marketing strategies, preferably in digital marketing agencies or similar roles.
• Content will be in Spanish; however, having an advanced/expert level of English would be optimal.
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Social Media/Content/Community Manager, creating texts and content for social media, managing and administering social media platforms, and guidelines.
• Excellent spelling and content creation experience.
• Experience in creating and monitoring campaigns and guidelines on various platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube Ads.
• Experience in budget management, preparing expense reports documenting digital activities, and reporting and statistics.
• Proven experience in launching and managing ad campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, at a minimum. Knowledge of other networks is desirable.
• Availability to work on weekends based on campaign requirements and needs.

Requirements:

• Desirable: Based in McAllen or nearby cities.
• Proven experience in developing and executing social media marketing strategies, preferably in digital marketing agencies or similar roles.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling and persuasive social media content tailored to different audiences and objectives.
• Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and ad optimization.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media data and metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
• Passion for digital marketing and social media, with a constant curiosity to learn and explore new tactics and tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in social media management and scheduling tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.
• The position is in Spanish; however, we require native, or bilingual English.
• Advanced or Expert knowledge in Microsoft Excel, desirable use of Google Spreadsheets.
• Proficiency in content management software, graphic design, and communication tools.
• Strong skills in handling computer tools, preferably Microsoft Office platforms and iOS experience.
• Creativity, initiative, and ability to thrive in a dynamic and deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills.
