Role Overview:

As our Production Manager, you'll be at the helm of steering our projects through the waters of production, starting from the booking right up to the final delivery and archival. Your day-to-day will involve closely collaborating with clients and our creative team to define and maintain project scopes, allocate production resources effectively, and oversee the production calendar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate seamless communication across Clients, Producers, and Crew to ensure productions are timely and within budget.

• Employ creative problem-solving strategies both on and off set. 

• Allocate necessary resources for booked productions efficiently.

• Monitor and ensure the timely and budget-friendly progress of job stages.

• Oversee and ensure the punctuality of post-production schedules.

• Represent Lee Media within professional organizations and associations.

• Handle client inquiries concerning production capabilities.

• Undertake various production-related duties as required.

What We're Looking For:

Required Skills & Experience:

• A sharp eye for detail.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

• Background or significant knowledge in film, video, and photo production.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in the event industry is a plus but not mandatory.

• Strong time management skills.

• Familiarity with CRM or Task-Management software.
