We are seeking a talented and experienced Production Director to join our local team. As the Production Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of audio production for our radio stations. From creating captivating commercials to producing engaging station promos, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality and appeal of our on-air content.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute creative concepts for commercials, promos, and station imaging.

· Collaborate with sales and programming teams to understand client needs and campaign objectives.

· Write compelling copy for advertisements and promotional materials.

· Direct voice talent to ensure high-quality production standards.

· Manage production schedules and deadlines effectively.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in audio production within the radio industry.

· Strong writing skills with the ability to craft persuasive copy.

· Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Pro Tools).

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

· Ability to make quick revisions and communicate effectively.

· Team player.

· Good time-management skills.

This position will be based out of Fort Myers, Florida.
