We are in search of a Director, Agency Operations. This will be responsible for overseeing business operations of the firm and growing and developing our team. This includes implementing human resources best practices and providing leadership to and oversight of various departments to ensure operational efficiency and productivity.
The ideal candidate is an analytical, collaborative problem-solver who is driven to get things done. They will take the initiative in developing new ideas, systems and technology, and also analyzing and improving on old ones.
