East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a full-time Director of Recovery Services for our Recovery Center location in Warren, RI. The Director of Recovery Services will direct and supervise a professional and para-professional staff engaged in delivering a wide variety of recovery-focused and supportive services at the East Bay Recovery Center. They will direct and oversee the daily operations, programming, and implementation of Recovery Support Services, while leading advocacy on a legislative and community wide basis to promote recovery services and secure additional supportive funding through legislation, grants, and/or insurance reimbursement. Represent the recovery community at the state and federal level as well as provide media interviews and/or panel participation to increase public awareness of the positives of the recovery movement.
Licensed as a Chemical Dependency Professional (LCDP) and certified as a Peer Recovery Specialist (PRS). A minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a recovery support setting. Prior experience in staff supervision, public speaking, and training recovery coaches strongly preferred.
