We are looking for an experienced Director for 24-hour residential facility caring for children birth to 18 years old. Duties include overseeing facility operations, staff supervision and training, program operation, child care, documentation, and policy adherence. Must be able to handle behavioral and medical challenges, be trauma-informed, be a quick learner, and adapt to change. Must by physically able and willing to engage in restraint as necessary for safety. Core Dynamics, LLC offers competitive pay and an excellent benefit package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field with at least 15 credit hours in Early Childhood Education/Child Development (or similar) preferred
• Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development in combination with two years supervisory experience in a residential program may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree
• Adolescent residential program and early childhood development experience required
• Must complete full drug test (including marijuana), TB test, and be approved by Washoe County Human Services Foster Licensing, pass Washoe County Human Services Foster Licensing background investigation for a Direct Care Staff and comply with all licensing requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
