The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background in web design, multi-media editing, content management, social media, web and digital media analytics and reporting, digital advertising design and scheduling, e-commerce, and promotions.

    Responsibilities include:
    • Improving the quality and design of content on our current websites and digital media platforms to increase revenue and sales.
    • Developing creative, responsive, and interesting original content.
    • Actively growing our Raleigh stations’ and events’ email databases.
    • Providing digital marketing support for two annual events.
    • Training team members on digital platforms, providing support, and troubleshooting across all brands and departments.
    • Identifying new content opportunities and ways to repurpose existing content throughout the sites.
    • Compiling digital media monthly reports (station-specific digital media usage, email open rates, podcast listenership, etc.) to gauge effectiveness of current media, strategies, and tactics.
    • Manage and coordinate digital ad artwork for clients.
    • Manage workflow and daily / weekly priorities of two Digital Media Coordinators.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in Marketing, Digital Media, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field
    • Digital Media Management experience, preferably in Radio
    • Expert ability to build, customize, and maintain WordPress Sites
    • Proven ability with HTML/CSS
    • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver)
    • Video Editing Skills and familiarity with video editing platforms (Adobe Premiere)
    • Knowledge of SEO with ability to understand and communicate analytic data
    • Intimate knowledge of Social Media
    • Graphic Design expertise
    • Familiarity with E-Mail Marketing Systems
    • Familiarity with Google’s DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP)
    • Ability to work under pressure, be extremely organized, and anticipate last-minute needs
    • Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills
    • Expertise in New Media
