  • BridgeTower Media is seeking a motivated, positive, and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator.


    What skills does the job require?

    • A minimum of 5 years of successful experience as an Executive Assistant, Sales Assistant or Project Manager
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with a focus in Excel.
    • Excellent prioritization skills
    • Able to proactively perform multiple projects under tight deadlines, work independently, successfully manage concurrent projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Reliable home internet connection with minimum 50mbps up/10mbps down

    What will you be Responsible for?

    • Preparations for key meetings
    • Create reports and presentations to support overall division
    • Utilize company technology and software systems to provide detailed reports and tracking
    • Manage projects that support our team and clients
    • Assist with on-boarding of new employees on company software systems
    • Will be the go-to resource for company CRM tool, etc.
    • Coordinate all sales materials/execution for all Home Furnishings related markets and events.
    • Point of Contact for all facility, building management, and in and out-going mail.
    • Develop special tracking reports as needed
