Job Summary:
Meneses Law is seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Supervisor to join our team and lead our social media initiatives. As a Social Media Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage our target audience.
Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Identify key social media platforms for the brand and establish goals.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and sharable content for various social media channels.
- Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor and respond to audience comments and messages on social media platforms.
- Foster a positive online community and address customer inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote brand awareness.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Utilize social media analytics to track and report key metrics.
- Provide regular reports with insight and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure social media initiatives align with marketing and business goals.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and changes in social media algorithms.
- Recommend and implement innovative approaches to stay ahead of the competition.
- Supervise a team of social media specialists providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering collaborative work environment.
Required Skills/ Abilities:
- Proven experience in social media management and strategy development.
- Strong undersetting of social media platforms and their respective audience.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and paid promotion strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of analytical software.
- Excellent research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficient with technology and ability to learn our software systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and MacOS systems.
- Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to type 45 WPM or more.
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2 years’ experience working in marketing, excellent mathematics, language skills, and outstanding analytical insights.
Compensation:
Meneses Law believes in Work Life Balance. Operation hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. plus 2 Saturdays a month for certain positions.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Education/ Experience:
- A bachelor's degree, knowledge of MS Office and MacOS.
- Communication Skills: **
- Ability of reading comprehension, writing, speaking to others to convey information effectively, active listening and interpreting instructional documents.
- Reasoning Skills: **
- Must be able to analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to define the problem or objective. Identify relevant concerns or factors, patterns, tendencies, and relationships. Formulate logical and objective conclusions and recognize alternative and their implications.
- Physical Demands:
- This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking.
- May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching. May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods.
- Involves manual dexterity for using keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment. May involve moving or lifting items under 10 pounds.

- Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm 2 Saturdays, per month. Must work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
