Position Overview

The Billing Clerk primary responsibility is to process daily high-volume invoicing along with basic monthly accounting functions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Daily invoicing of all outgoing customer orders, while simultaneously checking for accuracy.
• Process credits and special billing transactions when necessary.
• Keep a daily spreadsheet records for basic accounting reconciliation.
• Process the incoming and outgoing mail daily.
• Monthly process basic journal entries and sales accruals.

Position Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Computer experience, as400 knowledge.

Physical/Mental Requirements Needed to Perform the Essential Functions of the Position:

• Good communication skills in dealing with customers and all other departments
• Work well in a team environment
• Normal standing, bending, kneeling, etc
