Job Summary:
Great opportunity working in a well-established physician billing office in Williston, Vermont. The Medical Billing Account Representative will be responsible for:
· Timely and accurate submission of claims to commercial and government payers
· Reviewing claims for accuracy
· Resolving denied and rejected claims
· Answering phone inquiries from patients regarding their balances due
· A/R reporting
The candidate must be able to communicate effectively with healthcare practitioners, medical office staff, insurance companies, and patients. The candidate should have proficiency and knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and coding procedures.
One year experience is preferred.
