Billing Specialist

Job Description:

The Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing all billing and invoicing activities for the company. This includes reviewing and verifying invoices, ensuring accuracy of billing data, and resolving any billing discrepancies. The Billing Specialist will also be responsible for communicating with clients regarding billing inquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage all billing and invoicing activities
• Review and verify accuracy of invoices and billing data
• Resolve any billing discrepancies and issues
• Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in billing or accounting
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
