Medical Billing Supervisor jobs in Lynchburg, VA

Our busy Medical Billing Company is seeking an experienced Medical Billing Specialist. We are looking for an organized and experienced medical billing professional whose tasks will include billing for multiple practices, working denials and fixing claim rejections. The biller will be responsible for the success of their own accounts. They will need to have open communication with their assigned providers.

• The ability to work independently to research and resolve uncollected balances and work as a team member in a busy environment

The applicant should be well versed in billing software, medical insurance regulations, and proficient at responding to insurance inquiries.

Experience in Eclinicalworks and/or eMDs Practice Management software systems is preferred.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
