Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Specialist at CheckMark Collections. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for debt collection, communication with clients, cash collection, customer service, and financial transactions in the receivables process.

Qualifications

• Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Knowledge of Finance principles
• Experience in financial transactions
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in collections or related field is a plus
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
