YSS is seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Behavioral Health Operations to join our team and lead our Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinics towards continued growth and excellence. Team Development:

Lead and mentor a team of Clinic Operations Managers, Intake Specialists, and Administrative Specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Foster a culture that supports the growth and development of team members, providing opportunities for professional advancement and skill enhancement.

Serve as a catalyst for employee engagement within the Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinics, creating a positive and supportive work environment.

Drive the achievement of scorecard metrics for the outpatient division of YSS, ensuring that team members are motivated and empowered to deliver exceptional results.

Develop and implement training programs to equip team members with the skills and knowledge necessary to adapt to new processes and procedures.

Implement initiatives to make YSS the employer of choice for individuals seeking fulfilling and meaningful careers.
Client Experience and Business Development:

Collaborate with the Director of Clinical Operations to develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Develop and execute strategies to expand the reach of the Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinics and increase client volume and retention.

Build strong relationships with referral partners and community agencies to generate new client leads.

Oversee the delivery of best-in-class patient experiences, ensuring that clients receive high-quality care in a compassionate and supportive environment.

Identify opportunities to refer patients to additional YSS resources that can provide complementary services and enhance overall outcomes.

Work collaboratively with the YSS Business Development team to promote the clinic's services to the target population.
Continuous Improvement:

Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for the Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinics, aligned with YSS's mission and vision.

Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging team members to identify and propose operational improvements.

Partner with the Behavioral Health Clinical Director and other YSS leaders to ensure seamless integration of clinic operations with broader organizational goals.

Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, track performance metrics, and identify areas for optimization.

Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, maximize efficiency, and improve client service delivery.

Champion and lead the implementation of new initiatives and programs within the Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinics.

Effectively communicate changes to team members and stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring smooth transitions.
Financial Management:

Develop and manage the budget for the Behavioral Health Outpatient Clinics, ensuring financial responsibility and efficient resource allocation.

Monitor clinic revenue and expenses, identifying and implementing cost-saving solutions.
-
Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations, licensing requirements, and best practices in behavioral healthcare.

Oversee the implementation of quality assurance programs and continuously monitor clinical outcomes.

Lead the clinic's preparation for accreditation surveys and audits.
-
Work with YSS leadership to secure funding and resources to support clinic operations and growth initiatives.

MUST HAVES - Required Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred)

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within healthcare operations, with a focus on behavioral health (preferred).
SHOULD HAVES - Preferred Qualifications

Proven track record of leading and managing teams, driving operational efficiency, and implementing change initiatives.

Strong understanding of financial management principles and budgeting practices.
