Requirements:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Board certification in a relevant specialty
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare organization
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, clinical research, and medical management principles
- Experience in managing clinical trials is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
