Role Overview:

As an Esthetician at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' experience and supporting our holistic health and beauty services. Your responsibilities will include performing skincare treatments, assisting with non-invasive cosmetic procedures, and contributing to our client's overall wellness journey. You will also be involved in administrative duties to ensure the clinic's smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality skincare treatments, including facials, peels, and other non-invasive procedures.
• Assist healthcare providers with non-invasive cosmetic treatments and procedures.
• Conduct skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage appointments using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
• Support front office operations by handling client inquiries and maintaining a welcoming clinic environment.
• Engage in community wellness activities and events to promote the clinic's services.
• Embrace a team-oriented approach, ready to assist in various roles as needed to support clinic operations.

Qualifications:

• Certified Esthetician with relevant qualifications in skincare and non-invasive cosmetic procedures.
• 2-3 years of experience in an Esthetician role, preferably in a medical or wellness clinic setting.
• Knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and the latest trends in the beauty industry.
• Familiarity with EMR software and proficiency in administrative tasks.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
