Characteristics, Qualifications & Responsibilities :

• Experience in delivering excellent customer experiences
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Knowledge of sports and sports teams is beneficial
• Helping coordinate orders, quotes, and lead times with our sales reps and distributors
• Be knowledgeable of all products and current promotional activities
• High level of organization, and attention to details - need to be able to multitask with high accuracy
• Strong problem solving skills and personal sense of responsibility
• Most importantly: Must be a self-starter, cannot sit around and wait for things to happen
• Able to work quickly and effectively under pressure and strict timelines
• Conduct all activities in accordance with the highest ethical standards, with high energy, outgoing personality/friendly and professional attitude
• Must take on proactive role in researching and resolving problems and questions
• Committed to quality service to customers and fellow employees, with terrific oral, listening and written communication skills, and capable of preserving confidential or sensitive information
• Very good team player and capable of working well under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
