The Telemetry Operations Nursing Director will take the primary role in leading inpatient care services that are part of that award winning Cardiovascular department. This 30 bed Telemetry Unit applies cutting-edge technologies and techniques, and it is positioned to be one of the largest and most comprehensive Heart Programs in the Phoenix Area.
Reporting to the Administrative Director of Inpatient Nursing Services, the Telemetry Nursing Director will have an integral role in the operations of a growing unit. Supporting the Nursing Director is a strong CVRN Nurse Manager, a Med/Surg Tele Nurse Supervisor ,and two CMSRN Charge Nurses.
The Director of Medical Telemetry will get to take a pivotal role in the clinical and administrative success of this large unit. You’ll work with educators and inpatient leaders to help develop and codify standards and practices that keep this nursing program at the forefront of the medical field.
The Cardiac Telemetry Nursing Director will also get to serve as hospital-wide leader through optional participation in committees for employee experience, patient satisfaction, and quality improvement. Working in collaboration with leaders in finance and operations, the Director will also get to make significant impacts on improving the operational efficiencies of this unit.
