Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our dynamic team. Duties

• Manage the entire revenue cycle process from patient registration through claims submission and payment posting.
• Review patient accounts for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected.
• Submit claims to insurance companies and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure timely payment.
• Resolve billing discrepancies by communicating with patients, insurance companies, and internal departments.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and payer requirements.
• Analyze revenue cycle performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide support in training new staff on revenue cycle processes and best practices.

Experience

• Previous experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare billing is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical coding (CPT, ICD-10) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and billing software.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
