We encourage our new practice administrator to be proactive in advancing the practice and developing staff to maintain/build a strong team. Responsibilities and expectations for this role include but are not limited to the following.
Oversee all front desk duties, billing and daily functionality of the practice

Maintains bi-weekly payroll, 401k plans and vacation plans as per state and federal regulations

Generate and present financial reports to partner physicians on overall financial status of the company and provide financial proformas

Recommends practice objectives to ensure financial profitability through short and long range planning in order to achieve and maintain growth

Maintain understanding of state and federal guidelines in all aspects of human resources

Credentialing of all providers and maintain credentials with IAC
-
EMR Technical Support Lead and be proficient with EHR Systems and software applications

Maintain QuickBooks including reconciling accounts and preparing the trial balance in coordination with outside CPA firm and GAAP

Responsible for recruitment, performance assessments and termination of staff

Expanding and promoting the Practice

Must be well versed in interdisciplinary practice environments, with knowledge and experience in patient registration, billing, management of front-end staffing settings

Develops standardized operational workflows through job guides, policies, practices and procedures related to identified revenue cycle initiatives to ensure efficiencies, quality outcomes and maximized revenue

Resolves technical, operational, system, and other related issues

Proficiency in excel and google platforms
